In 2004 Nick Jarrett, owner of Jarrett Consulting, was approached by a local real estate company with the idea of producing virtual tours for Realtors. After doing research, Nick thought this was a great idea since there was no one in Tallahassee that produced virtual tours for Tallahassee and the surrounding areas. In late 2004, Nick began as a one man show doing virtual tours on the weekend under the business name Jarrett Consulting. Business began to boom. Nick saw the need to expand the virtual tour business so he decided to create a corporation under the name Tallahassee Tours. Once Nick realized that he needed to get this business on the World Wide Web, he shopped around and decided that Netphiles offered the skills and solutions at an affordable price for his growing business.
Netphiles utilized the design skills of our motivated, detail oriented staff to create an impressive website that utilizes XHTML, Cascading Style Sheets, Flash, PHP, MySQL, and a merchant gateway that permits Tallahassee Tours to offer on-line ordering of their services.

Netphiles built ERA Community Realty a website that utilizes a feed from the statewide IDX database of available real estate listings. This feed alleviated the need for the agents to input their listing information into the ERA Community Realty website and is updated nearly in real time.
